Oscar works for FraAlliance in Frankfurt as a Project Manager Strategy & Consulting. At help alliance he is the project coordinator for the  Perspectives & Tourism project in Punta Arena, Colombia

Felicitas and Imke work as Manager B2B -Communication und Head of Corporate Sales & Programs for Eurowings in Cologne. Together they are working as project managers for the Education in a Bubble project in the Ukraine.

Konjit (Station Manager Mombasa) and Malte (LHG Process- and Projectmanager Western Europe) got to know each other through the Lufthansa Group talent programme Groundstars. Together they are the project managers for the EcoGlam project in Mtwapa, Kenya.

Patricia works as a naturopath and as a flight attendant for Lufthansa. In her spare time, she is involved in the Project Future Academy, Cape Town in South Africa

Zied serves as the Sales & Country Manager für Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea for Lufthansa, stationed in Lagos, Nigeria. Beyond his corporate role, he collaborates with Tolulope as a project coordinator for the Chess for Change project in Lagos.

Tolulope works as Marketing Manager for Nigeria & Equatorial Guinea for Lufthansa in Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to her work, she is a project manager for the Chess for Change project in Lagos together with Zied.

Jens-Peter is a project manager for the Inclusive School System Project in West Bangladesh. At Lufthansa he works as Head of Trouble Shooting Intercont, Cabin & IFE Systems in Frankfurt.

Ama lives in Monrovia and works there as an Agency Supervisor for Brussels Airlines. Together with Marjolein, she is the project manager for our Read to succeed, Monrovia project in Liberia.

Rita works as Test Factory Manager and Release Train Engineer at Lufthansa Cargo in Frankfurt. In her spare time, she works as a project manager for the Natur Spectacle, Tamil Nadu Project in India.

Stefanie works as Head of Communications & Cultural Development at Lufthansa in Frankfurt. She is also involved in the project Education kicks, Frankfurt in Germany.

Marjolein works as a Country Manager at Brussels Airlines. In her spare time, she is involved in the Read to Succeed project in Monrovia in Liberia.

Stefanie works as a Category Manager at SWISS International Air Lines in Zurich. At help alliance, she voluteers as a project manager for the EmpowerHer, Kibera project in Kenya.

Alain works as Digital Hospitality Experience Manager at SWISS International Air Lines in Zurich. At help alliance, Alain volunteers as a project coordinator for the EmpowerHer, Kibera project in Kenya.

Dörte Klein works as Head of Brand Management & Customer Experience for Lufthansa in Munich. In her spare time, she is involved as project manager for the project IT Empowerment, North-eastern Syria

Ines Rohrwick works as a process and performance manager at Austrian Airlines. After getting to know the Training Center, Ballingho project in The Gambia as a volunteer, she was so enthusiastic about the project that she has been involved as a project coordinator ever since.

Jenny and Jule work together at Discover. Jenny works as a Manager Accountable Office, Emergency Response Planning and Jule as a Manager Sustainability. In addition, they are the project leaders at help alliance for the project “Afternoon care, Katutura” in Namibia

Marc works as Project and Process Manager African Stations at Lufthansa in Frankfurt. As a volunteer project manager, he supports the project “School of the Future, Arusha Region” in Tanzania.

Anita works as a Senior Key Account Manager at Lufthansa in Poland. As a volunteer project manager at help alliance, she is involved in the project “Innovative Learning Labs for Children and Youth” in Ukraine.

Anna is our volunteer project manager for the project “Kinder Paradise, Prampram” in Ghana. She works as a flight attendant for Lufthansa in Frankfurt.

Mara Marchetti works as a Corporate Development Manager for Edelweiss in Zurich. At help alliance, she is the voluntary project manager for the project “Plastic fisher, Costa Maya” in Mexico.

In addition to her work as Senior Manager Digital Lead at Edelweiss, Nadine is involved as our Project Manager for the project “Lilis School, Puerto Plata” in the Dominican Republic.

Anh-Thu Nguyen works as a Business Development Manager for Lufthansa Technik Component Services in Miami. On the side she supervises the project “Youth Rehabilitation Center, Gulu” in Uganda.

Corina lives in Buenos Aires and works at the Lufthansa station there. On the side she supervises the project “Safe home, Buenos Aires” in Argentina.

Birgit Uschwa works as a Passenger Service Manager for Lufthansa in Frankfurt. On the side she supervises the project “Music on Wheels, Frankfurt” in Germany.

Astrid Oppelt works as Lead Program Management Office adc.Evolution oneBooking for Lufthansa Group in Frankfurt. On side she supervises the project “Language Practice, Flörsheim” in Germany.

Elly works as a flight attendant for Lufthansa in Frankfurt and is also responsible for the projects “Holistic School, Krishnapuram” and the New Chances-Café, Krishnarajapura in India.

Lasse works as Referent Crew Resource Planning for Austrian Airlines in Vienna. During a volunteering assignment he got to know the project “Training Center, Ballingho” in  The Gambia. Since 2023 he is responsible for the project as a volunteer project manager.

Katja is a long time supporter of help alliance. She works as a Referent HR – Performance & Talentmanagement for Lufthansa in Frankfurt. On the side she supervises the projects “Holistic School, Krishnapuram” and the New Chances-Café, Krishnarajapura in India.

Michael Germer is our volunteer project manager of the project “Inclusion rocks, Hamburg” in Germany. He works full-time for Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg.

Amin is from Ghana and works at Lufthansa Technik. He is in charge of the “Youth Development, Accra” project in Ghana.

In addition to his work at Eurowings, Ruben is also involved as our project manager for the “Sustainable Sanitary Pads, Cape Town” project in South Africa.

Together with her colleague Gilda Longoni, Mara oversees the help alliance project Youth Partizipation, Milan in Italy.

Gilda works for Lufthansa in Milan and, together with Mara Cristallino, oversees the project “Youth participation, Milan” in Italy.

She is a volunteer reading mentor and works at Lufthansa Cargo. Janett oversees our project “Digital Reading Assistance, Offenbach” in Germany.

George comes from the Philippines and works as a flight attendant for Lufthansa. He is in charge of the project “Samar High School, Catbalogan Samar” on the Philippines.

The dedicated flight attendant is our volunteer project manager for the project “Dancing Creates Self-Confidence, São Paulo” in Brazil.

Linda works for Lufthansa Cargo in Nairobi and also supervises the project “Therapy Center, Nairobi” in Kenya.

He is a purser at Eurowings and together with Julia Schirmeyer he is our volunteer project manager for the project “School Garden Kakamega” in Kenya.

Julia is a flight attendant at Lufthansa and, together with Thorsten Frauning, supervises the project “School Garden, Kakamega” in Kenya.

She has been working as a flight attendant at Lufthansa since 2016 and is project manager of the project “Future Workshop, Munich” in Germany.

She is a lawyer at Lufthansa and supervises the project on a voluntary basis: “Free to Run, Erbil” in Iraq.

Olivia Davis-Mbou joined Lufthansa Industry Solutions in 2009 as a consultant in product management, quality management and DevOps in the cargo sector. Since 2009, she has been involved in IT education for young people in Cameroon and Nigeria, where she was born and raised. She supervises the project “Career Orientation, Lagos and Yaoundé” in Nigeria and Cameroon.

Eylem has been a volunteer project manager at help alliance since 2022. The flight attendant oversees the project “Houses of Hope, Cape Town” in South Africa.

Since 2021 she has been working as a project coordiantor for the project Digital Afternoon School for Children project in Budapest, thus enabling disadvantaged children to access the digital world. At Lufthansa Systems she works as an Operation Research Expert and is developing a portal to coordinate the work planning of pilots and flight attendants.

With his commitment, he has been engaged as help alliance project coordinator for the project “Training Center, Lomé” in Togo since 2021. At Lufthansa Systems, he works as a senior consultant in the area of finance.

Thomas is our project coordinator for the projects Farming for Health, Kalikot and Salyan District and Genderfriendly Schools, Solukhumbu District in Nepal since 2021. At Lufthansa, he works as a consultant in Product Management and is responsible for the onboard service of certain routes.

Anja is a Senior Project Lead Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation at the Lufthansa Group and project coordinator for the Integration of Refugees in the Job Market project at help alliance. Together with Aurélie Schroth, she organizes application workshops with Lufthansa Group Volunteers to support refugees in Germany since 2020.

Together with Niklas Weidmann, she is project coordinator for the project Digital Future for Everyone in Berlin since 2020 and works to accelerate the integration of disadvantaged people into the digital, international labor market. For the past two years, she has been part of the Transform team at the Lufthansa Innovation Hub.

As project coordinator for the project Integration of Refugees in the Job Market in Frankfurt, she organizes in tandem with Anja Popp job application workshops with Lufthansa Group Volunteers to support refugees since 2020. She is Production Manager for the Middle East & Africa region at Lufthansa Cargo.

During his studies in South Africa, he felt the desire to help locally and joined help alliance in 2021 as project coordinator for the project Upcycling and Creative Learning for Children and Youth. He works at Lufthansa Industry Solutions as a business manager.

Markus is involved with help alliance as Community Lead in Frankfurt and also supervises the project “Language Practice, Flörsheim” in Germany.

She is Senior Manager, Sales Product & Programs at Deutsche Lufthansa in New Delhi. Since 2015 she is project coordinator of Protected Learning/a> in Dehradun with the goal of reintegrating street children into society through education.

She works as a Senior Manager at Austrian Airlines. Together with help alliance, she has been involved in Uganda since 2021. She is project coodinator for the project Farming goes to school.

Larissa is involved with help alliance as the Community Lead in Frankfurt and is also the Project Manager for the project Yoga classes, Gurugram in India.

In the summer of 2018, he completed his flying training and is now flying as a copilot for Lufthansa. At help alliance he is the project coordinator of the project Protection from Exploitation and Child Trafficking for Street Children in Pattaya, Thailand.

She is a consultant in the corporate communications department of Eurowings and is committed to helping children in Düsseldorf who receive little support from their families in their studies. Since 2019 she has been responsible for the project Educational Support for Students at help alliance.

He works as a project manager in engine maintenance at Lufthansa Technik. On the side he supervises the project “Surf Therapy, Cape Town” in South Africa.

She has been flying for Lufthansa since 1983 and is convinced that education is essential for a self-determined life. Together with her colleague Jessica Konsul, she is engaged as project coordinator for the project Creating Perspectives for Young Women in Frankfurt.

She is a flight attendant at Lufthansa. In order to break down prejudices and promote the integration of refugees, she and her colleague Sonja Steinheuser support the project Intercultural Tandems for Career Prospects and Leisure Ideas in Frankfurt.

She is a flight attendant at Deutsche Lufthansa and supports help alliance as a project coordinator together with her colleague Maike Arnswald. As a convinced feminist, the project Creating Perspectives for Young Women is an absolute affair of the heart for her.

She has been flying as a purser for Deutsche Lufthansa for more than 35 years. At help alliance she is involved as a project coordinator for Syrian families in the project Tent Schools for Refugees in Lebanon.

As a purser for Lufthansa she flies around the world, at help alliance she is involved as project coordinator in Frankfurt. In the project Intercultural Tandems for Career Perspectives and Leisure Ideas she supports refugees in finding jobs and vocational training.

The pilot at Edelweiss has been supporting the Frangipani Kindergarten in Sri Lanka for many years. Since 2019, he is a help alliance project coordinator for the project Early Childhood Education for 220 Children.

Since 2019 she has been active as a help alliance project coordinator in Hattersheim and supports the project How a Café helps with Integration in Hattersheim. At Lufthansa she works as a personal assistant in the First Class Terminal in Frankfurt.
