We’ve got something to celebrate! 25 years of future for young people

For 25 years, help alliance’s vision has been to enable young people around the world to have a self-determined future. Founded in 1999 by 13 Lufthansa Airline employees, help alliance bundles the commitment of many employees and has developed into the central pillar of the social commitment of the entire Lufthansa Group.

With a focus on education, training and work, we are currently creating future prospects for children, teenagers and young adults in over 60 projects in 29 countries together with competent local partners and thanks to the strengths of the Lufthansa Group. We can be proud of that!
